You will stay in the historic center of Narbonne in this small studio on the ground floor, completely renovated, located 2 steps from the Town Hall, the Cathedral, the Museums, a pedestrian area, the Halles, the Canal de la Robine... It is the ideal cocoon to discover the charm of Narbonne! Everything is in the immediate vicinity: restaurants, bars, Monoprix, bakeries, buses to the beaches, free shuttle, etc. Free and paid parking is a 5-minute walk away, the train station is a 15-minute walk away. The space In this 17 m2 studio, you have: - Wi-Fi, TV, a BZ sofa bed with a comfortable "Simmons" mattress, storage, an equipped kitchen, a shower room, a vanity unit and a toilet. - For your peace of mind, you will not have to carry your sheets and towels because linens are provided free of charge for the duration of your stay (except the duvet cover which is an additional €8 if you wish, otherwise you can take yours). - For cleaning, we've chosen not to charge to avoid extra fees for guests. Therefore, we ask that you respect the cleanliness of the accommodation by cleaning it yourself before your departure (brooms, mop and products are on the landing). If you do not wish to do so, please let us know in advance, a supplement of €20 will be payable on site. - For rolls of toilet paper, to help you out, we'll provide 2 for free. If you want more, you can buy them at the supermarket near the accommodation. PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU CHOOSE ONE OF THESE OPTIONS WHEN CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING. These additional fees will be paid on site, only in cash (no credit card). - Check-in and check-out time information: Check-in: From 3 p.m. (NO CHECK-IN BEFORE) Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m. (NO CHECK-OUT AFTER). Other remarks: NO PARKING DEDICATED TO THE APARTMENT, NO PARKING SPACES ON THE STREET, EXCEPT IN ADJACENT STREETS. Free parking (200 m from the accommodation) is located along the Canal de la Robine (quais Vallière, Victor Hugo), behind the Media Library, at the Théâtre Scène Nationale and in the small streets. Paid parking nearby is located at: Rue Jean Jaurès, Rue Gustave Fabre, in front of the media library, underground parking at the cathedral, Les Halles... All spaces are free from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m., 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., weekends and holidays. Other information: The train station is a 10-15 minute walk away. The access codes to the building and the key box will be communicated to you between 2:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival
