Raya Garden charges fees for certain amenities, including the fitness center, pool, drop-off laundry service, basketball court, and clubhouse reservation for private parties. Please be aware that these fees are to be paid directly to Raya Garden's office if you plan to use any of these facilities. Pool hours are from 7am to 9pm. For stays of 3 months or longer, up to 9 registered occupants are eligible to use the pool for free. For stays under 3 months, there is a P100 pool fee per person per day. This fee is payable directly at the Raya Admin Office. Please note that the pool is closed for general cleaning on Thursdays. Weekends and holidays are exclusively reserved for unit owners and registered unit guests' use. Please note that while there is a laundry facility on-site (open Tuesday to Sunday 8am to 5pm), due to high demand, it may take 3-4 days for laundry to be returned. During your stay Hi there! On Saturday, start your day with a morning workout in the air-conditioned fitness center before heading out to the nearby Manila Bay for some water activities such as paddleboarding and jet skiing.
