Cabin in Cloudcroft

One bedroom cabin. Cabin is in a quiet neighborhood in the Village of Cloudcroft. Walking distance to Zenith Park, restaurants, and shopping. This cabin has a fenced yard and dogs are welcome. Sit outside in the side yard and gaze at the abundance of stars or maybe an early morning or afternoon walk to the park. We are not affiliated with Spruce cabins. The space The cabins accurate address is 105 Lynx ave #11 in Cloudcroft. The interior is bright and charming. Its location is ideal. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, craft fairs (when scheduled), the park, walking, and hiking trails. During the winter months, there is no problem getting to and from this cabin. Perfect in every way. DO NOT use charcoal or lighter fluid in the fireplace. Proper Firestarters are available at the hardware store. Portable firepits are not allowed. We DO NOT accept third-party reservations. You must have a government issued ID on file with airbnb. Please disclose this when booking. Please agree to the guidelines for bringing a dog. There is a $25.00 fee per dog 40lbs & under limit 2 and $50.00 fee over 40lbs limit 1, per stay fee. This is paid separately through a cash app or cash. The dog/dogs must be 1 year old or older and house trained. Size is a factor. 1. Your dog/dogs must be crated if left unattended inside the cabin and not to be left out on the deck if applicable. 2. Your dog/dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture to include the beds. 3. Pick up your dogs waste immediately after it's done and dispose of it in the dumpster outside. 4. Please let Susan know the size, breed, and age of your dog. 5. If your dog is a big shedder, you may be charged for extra cleaning. We do not allow cats. Guest access Parking is out front for easy unloading and loading. There is a picnic area out front with a charcoal grill. Other things to note No large gatherings or parties. There is no smoking inside the cabin. cigarette, cigar or Marijuana. You are allowed to smoke outside please dispose of butts properly. We do not accept third-party reservations. The person making the reservation must be the primary occupant. You can not assign or "gift" the reservation to someone else. Access will be denied to third parties unaccompanied by the primary occupant, and refunds will not be granted.” Please ask what current restrictions are before booking. Bringing more guests to stay than authorized in the reservation. you will need asked to vacate immediately. Bringing a dog or dogs on the property without permission is not allowed Any damages caused by your dog you will be charged. Sadly, we do not accept cats. If you need clarification, please contact Susan. Dogs are welcome here. They are not allowed on any of the furniture. Your dog must be CRATED if left unattended. You must notify the cohost that you will be bringing a dog during the booking process. There is a pet fee per dog per stay. This is collected by V enmo or cash on arrival. This cabin is part of a duplex. It is not affiliated with the Spruce cabins. It is owned independently. The kitchens and bathrooms are on a common wall.
