Other things to note Please note that we have a strict policy against parties and events. Our residential neighborhood observes quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, and we kindly ask you to respect this. Excessive noise, loud music, or partying are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in a $500 charge, and the remainder of your reservation being canceled without a refund. The neighborhood is not tolerant of excessive noise or partying. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, and illegal drugs are not permitted on the property at any time. We have implemented these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, including our neighbors. While we understand the love for pets, we have a no-pet policy on the property. If a pet is discovered, you will be asked to remove it, and a $750 fine will be imposed for additional cleaning. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect regarding this matter, as some individuals may have allergies or preferences regarding animals in their home. If evidence of a pet is found upon your departure, an additional $750 cleaning fee will be charged. For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of paper products. If you plan to stay longer than two or three days, we recommend bringing your own supplies once the starter kit runs out. To ensure your stay is as smooth as possible, detailed guest access instructions will be sent through Airbnb one day before your arrival. You will receive a unique code that grants you access throughout your visit. Check-in time is anytime after 3 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. For your comfort, the house is equipped with central air conditioning and fans. We kindly ask that you keep the windows closed to combat humidity and maintain a cool and pleasant atmosphere indoors. Please note that our property is not classified as child-friendly, and it is located in downtown West Palm Beach, where some city noise may be expected. You'll find free parking available for a maximum of two cars in the driveway. However, please note that parking Uhauls or moving trucks is not permitted. To ensure a safe environment, outdoor security cameras are installed on the property. Please be aware that these cameras do not monitor any interior spaces, respecting your privacy during your stay.
