Other things to note This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Several days prior to check-in we will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. we have also included several suggestions for the best things to do around BlackHawk/Denver area, our favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more! Please note that we have installed ring cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front garage and front door that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our outdoor cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of up to $350. One other thing: There are often wild animals that roam the area. If lucky, you might be visited by one of them during your stay. Please remain alert and don't panic if this happens. Keep an eye on little ones and pets at all times, and do not leave food outside.
