The interior of the house is equally impressive, spacious layout that maximizes natural light and offers breath taking views of the park and creek. Large windows and sliding doors create a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors, inviting you to enjoy the changing seasons from the comfort of your living spaces. Living room provides the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment, while the adjoining dining area offers a delightful spot for sharing meals with family and friends. The space House has 3 bedrooms +study with an open plan living area connected to a separate kitchen and laundry room . Also includes a fully covered timber decking area overlooking the park . Three rooms are furnished with a king-sized bed, a Queen sized bed, and a two layered single bunk bed respectively, adorned with the finest luxury bed linens to ensure an indulgent night's sleep. We have gone extra mile to provide you with extra comfortable pillows , ensuring that your slumber is nothing short of heavenly. Connected to the master bedroom is a well- appointed bathroom featuring a double vanity. In between bedrooms there is an additional bathroom and a powder room offering ample space for your daily routines. Plush, freshly laundered towels are thoughtfully placed within easy reach, inviting you to enjoy a soothing shower. To elevate your experience , a selection of premium body wash and creams will be provided for each guest ,ensuring that you are pampered throughout your stay. Relaxing study room facing the park is equipped with a sofa bed for you to relax and read your favourite book or study desk has been provided for you to work from home . Living area is equipped with brand new Sofa and a 50 inch 4K smart TV, connected to internet. Large modern kitchen is equipped with a 5 burner cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven ,sandwich toaster and a kettle. Cooking pots ,pans, dinnerware and cutleries are available for you to prepare your own meals. Fire extinguisher, fire blanket and a first aid kit are available to use in case emergency. Whole house has central gas heating and evaporative cooling system to keep you warm in the winter and cold in the summer. Also two split reverse cycle units are installed for additional comfort . Small collection of toys/board games are available to keep you kids busy while you are relaxing. 7.5 kg washing machine, Iron and an Ironing board is located in the laundry room. Guest access Guest can access whole house . except the locked housekeepers cupboard.
