It's one of the only cabins in the area to have central air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals; toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, cooking oil, spices, and paper products. We also have prepared a coffee and tea bar featuring a large selection of tea varieties, regular and decaf coffee, hot chocolate, and hot apple cider. Breakfast bars, granola bars, and protein bars are complimentary. The master bathroom boosts an oversized shower with dual shower heads. Washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener are available to use free in the home. There is a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are complimentary. There is a blow dryer, curling iron, and hair straightener in the bathroom. There is an iron and ironing board in the laundry room. There is an informational cabin manual located in the kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, front porch, rear patio, backyard, fire pit, and BBQ. There is a large driveway with plenty of room for 4 cars. Other things to note The cabin is located in Graeagle just a short walk from the downtown area, Mill Pond, Graeagle Restaurant, and shopping. The tennis, basketball, and pickle ball court is 2 blocks away. This is one of the rare homes to offer central air conditioning. There are 6 championship golf courses minutes away. Other local activities include fishing, swimming, hiking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, skiing, and sledding. This charming cabin is adjacent to the green belt and golf cart path to the Plumas Pines Golf Course. Graeagle is a very small close knit town. The Graeagle Restaurant is open 7am -2pm. The Graeagle Store is open Monday-Saturday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The evening restaurants close by 7-8pm.
