The room is on the 2nd floor of our house, a completely private space, accessible by an internal staircase. This level includes: - A private room, - A private bathroom, - A private lounge/kitchen area. A door separates this floor from our living space, guaranteeing your peace and privacy. The space Our family home consists of 3 floors, with a large garden at the back. We live there with our two children and two cats, on the ground floor and 1st floor. Guest access You have exclusive access to the 2nd floor, via a shared interior staircase. The floor is completely independent and closed by a door, for your comfort. A door completely separates this floor from our living space, guaranteeing your peace and privacy. If you'd like, we can share access to our garden, with prior agreement. Other things to note 📍 A stone's throw from a store open 7 days a week. Immediate 🚉 proximity to bus and train stations: Louvain-la-Neuve, Ottignies accessible in 5 to 10 minutes.
