Private room in a lived-in apartment, perfect for short stays near the airport. You’ll have a comfortable bed, access to a clean shower, and morning coffee included. The apartment is in a gated building with shops and cafes nearby. It’s a quiet, simple place for travelers who value convenience and respect house rules. The space The room has a single bed (suitable for one guest), fresh linens, one duvet and two throws (a warm thick one and a lighter one), lamp, and decorative touches. Minimal, but cozy and practical. I usually leave small extras for guests: tissues, bottled water, sometimes snacks, discount leaflets from nearby shops (helpful for choosing food and understanding prices), and a personal mug. You will also find a couple of magazines: one about Japan and one about inspiring women in Estonia. Guest access Guests can use the shared bathroom (shower, sink). During your stay, I remove my personal items, so everything left in the bathroom is for your use: shampoo, shower gel, facial wash, micellar water, cotton pads, ear sticks, and toothpicks. In the toilet you will always find several rolls of toilet paper and disposable seat covers for extra comfort. There is also a washing machine. It can be used for longer stays (for short one-night stays it’s usually impractical, as laundry won’t dry in time). The kitchen is available for light use. Guests can use the kettle, fridge, and prepare simple meals (e.g. pasta, rice, tea, sandwiches). I always keep a few teas and some basic cooking items (spices, ready-made sauce mixes) for guests. If you’d like to cook on your own without me present, I can explain how everything works and what food items are for shared use. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. During your stay I live in the apartment, so I'm usually nearby if you need help. I'm happy to answer questions about the apartment, transport, or Tallinn in general. Please note: all communication and payments must go through Airbnb. Airbnb also shares my phone number, but I prefer to use it only for urgent situations - for everything else, I’ll quickly respond in the Airbnb chat. You don’t need to update me about every step of your journey - just let me know your approximate arrival time, and I’ll make sure everything is ready for you.
