The house is a bit secluded on a large and lush plot belonging to Villa Solbacken (the host's permanent residence) in Skogsdala/Kivik. From the house, it is walking distance to Kivik harbor and beach. The space There is a steep staircase up to the loft and no gates. The house is not so childproof. Other things to note Guests will bring their own sheets but in the house there are bath towels and towels. Guests clean the house after their stay.
