The Sound Castle in KDH

Three bedroom, two bath home located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills! For 2025, Sunday check-in/check-out. This home is our little sanctuary on the sound side of the OBX. A 2 minute drive to the beach. From rocking chairs on the front porch to outdoor furniture and a swing downstairs on the carport area, there's room for everyone to find their own little corner for solitude or gather together for a homestyle happy hour. There are 2 beach chairs and several body boards/skim boards available for use during your stay. Please read rules for our home rental before reserving. We do require a minimum age of 25 to rent. We do require an ID check. We require the person renting our home be present in our home for the duration of the rental period. (I.e. Parents reserving our home on behalf of underage children and not being present will result in cancellation of reservation. This can result in removal from our home if discovered during the rental period and there will be no refunds issued.)
