The apartment tower has a swimming pool, gym, paddle tennis court, coworking area, fire pit, barbecue, etc. 24/7 security. Visitor parking is available. Close to Telmex Auditorium, Teatro Estudio Cavaret, Estadio Charros, CUCEA, etc. *If transportation is required to or from any of these places, I have transportation service (additional cost)* Other things to note Note: Only the bedroom and bathroom are private, the rest of the apartment is shared. The guest's room and bathroom are only cleaned before check-in. If cleaning, change of sheets, etc. is required during the stay, it can be done, but there would be an additional cost. If any basic items are missing (toilet paper, hand soap, etc.), these can be replaced at no cost. The apartment building's amenities (swimming pool, gym, etc.) are subject to availability, as they are sometimes under maintenance or reserved. If they cannot be used, we are NOT responsible. The barbecue and paddle tennis court are the ones that require a reservation. If you intend to use them, please let me know several days in advance so that I can make the reservation. Invoices are NOT issued.
