This renovation includes a kitchen with everything you will need, a cozy bedroom with a Purple Hybrid mattress(plus Purple Harmony pillows), a tech oriented workspace, and a 65 inch LG OLED 4K TV with all of the top streaming services. This unit also includes 2 balconies w/ table and lounge seating. The space This newly renovated unit in the Emmons Building is completely available and unshared for your stay in Crested Butte. It includes 1 bedroom and a queen sized pull out couch to sleep up to 4 people. There are 2 balconies, one off the bedroom and one off the living room. The Emmons building is centrally located in the Mt Crested Butte base area. Access the Red Lady and Silverqueen lifts in less than 1 minute from your front door. The Emmons Building includes shared laundry facilities on the lower level that are coin-operated and is accessible with a code provided in the condo. There is a change machine located in the transportation center at Mountaineer Square. CONDO ENTRANCE: There are 4 flights of stairs up to this unit from the parking lot and no elevator. This unit is only 2 flights of stairs from the base area level. PARKING: Only 1 vehicle is permitted to park on site, in designated lot. Each unit in Emmons is only allowed one parking permit, therefore only one legal car allowed to park in that lot. It is first come, first serve. Unfortunately, trailers, RV's or any recreational vehicles are not allowed in either the lot or the overflow parking areas. Guest access Guests have complete access to the condo and all amenities. There are a few cabinets which are locked for housekeeping access only. Other things to note NEW FOR 2024...2x Dyson Fans and upgraded 1 GB Internet. The bedroom includes a workspace with an Uplift standing desk, 35 inch ultra wide monitor, and microphone. The kitchen includes everything for your cooking needs such as an induction cooktop, All Clad cookware, Oxo cooking utensils, and a variety of small appliances. Coffee/Tea supplies include a Chemex, French Coffee Press, Ninja Duo Pro(K-cup), and a Bodum coffee bean grinder. The living room includes a 65 inch LG 4K OLED TV. There is also free streaming services such as Amazon Prime, Netflix 4K, Max, and Paramount+. The bathroom includes a walk in shower with a rain fall shower head (plus standard shower head). Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, toothpaste, and mouth wash are also provided in single use packaging for the guests use. Each of the balconies include tables and seating.
