Ideal for couples wanting a relaxed break in the countryside. Set beside my family home on a peaceful country lane, but with your own entrance and complete privacy. Leave the car on the drive and walk to historic Midhurst, Cowdray Ruins and Farm Shop, and the White Horse pub in Easebourne. A good base for exploring the South Downs, nearby villages, vineyards, Goodwood and Chichester. Or just come and unwind in a space made for slowing down. Inside the Studio: - Super King four-poster bed - Fast WiFi and smart TV - Heating easily controlled via Alexa - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave - Modern shower room with electric shower, towels and essential toiletries - Off-road parking right outside on our shared driveway. - Laundry can be arranged for longer stays - Selection of books & games - Double sofa bed if needed (all in one open-plan space) Tea (English breakfast and herbal), coffee, milk, sugar, and a welcome treat are there to help settle you in. I also provide cooking oil, salt, pepper and a few essential herbs. Your Private Courtyard: Step outside into your own enclosed courtyard, made for slow mornings, sunny afternoons and relaxed evenings. Open the French doors and bi-folds to enjoy easy indoor-outdoor living, with swing chairs, a bistro table for two and soft lighting for later in the day. Throws are provided for cooler evenings. On the Doorstep: Rural walks start right outside the door, and Midhurst is a short stroll away for cafes, restaurants, shops, and Cowdray Ruins. The farm shop, polo fields, and Easebourne park are all close by too. Out and About: The South Downs is full of lovely places to explore, from market towns and antique shops to vineyards, castles, gardens and the coast. Goodwood, Cowdray, Petworth House, West Dean and West Wittering are all within easy reach. Many guests feel a long weekend isn't quite enough to see it all. Pet-friendly: Pets are welcome, and the studio is ideal for up to two dogs. The courtyard is fully enclosed so your pet can be outside with you off lead if you wish. I provide a fresh throw for the sofa and always deep clean between stays. Local Recommendations: I'm just next door if you need anything and am always happy to help with local recommendations while giving you privacy to enjoy your stay. Jane x Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the self-contained studio and fully enclosed courtyard. Off-road parking is on our driveway, which is shared with us as your hosts. Other things to note The studio is ideal for two guests, and can accommodate extra guests using the sofa bed if needed. Please note this is one open-plan space, so all sleeping areas are together in one room, with no separate bedrooms. Please let me know in advance if you plan to use the sofa bed, so I can provide extra bedding.
