The bedroom, bathroom/toilet and dining area are private The space The bedroom area includes: - a comfortable 160x200 bed - a sofa bed with 2 extra beds - TV area with dedicated Netflix access and wifi - a 170cm island soaking - a large dressing room/clothing rack - a screen for privacy Linens are included in the reservation. A baby bed and booster seat are available for the little ones. The bathroom is private and adjoining the bedroom. We provide you with towels as well as shower gel and shampoo. The dining area includes: fridge, microwave, kettle and Senseo coffee maker (with teas and coffee), toaster and small camping-style electric hob (there is no sink, dishes can be done in the bathroom sink, there is the essentials available.) The breakfast price is €8.00 per person, payable on site (€5 for children under 12). We are happy to offer you fresh, local and partly homemade products every day (breads, treats of the day, fruits, yogurt, juices and homemade jams) We also provide some reading material and games for all ages to occupy your rainy evenings. Outside, you have access to a terrace with table and chairs for 4 people, as well as a garden with a children's play area. Nb: The suite is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility in view of the stairs to enter. We are located 5 minutes from Rochefort-en-terre, a pretty designer village that was voted the favorite village of the French in 2016. Come stroll through its alleys, do water activities on the lake or even walks or tree climbing in the forest. So many tours and activities waiting for you! Guest access Access to the suite is from outside the house using a key box if we are not present at the time of your arrival. You will be completely self-catering during your stay. You have a parking space in our gravel courtyard which is closed by a gate. We are in the heart of the countryside, so a vehicle is necessary to get around. We are located 5 minutes from Malansac SNCF train station (Rennes/Vannes axis). Other things to note We do not allow pets in the rooms for hygiene and safety reasons. Indoor spaces are non-smoking.
