"Jessies Place" Retro coach with amazing views

1973 Dodge Travco 270 motor coach. The 70s are back! Set on 36 beautiful acres, magnificent views, your own outdoor fire pit, grill and full detached bathroom await you. The space Set on a gorgeous 36 acres this private campsite offers unbelievable views of the Warwick valley. Feel free to wander the property and relax on our nature viewing deck set above the cattails at the bottom of the field. Open the door on Jessie and step back to the 70s but with some modern amenities. Connect to the bluetooth speaker and jam out to some classics or whatever your taste. Solar power runs everything at the campsite from running water to the 110v usb/standard outlets and air conditioning. The sleeping arrangements are not typical sized beds as it is an RV. The main bed is 48" wide (6 inches narrower than a full size bed) by 86" long (2 inches longer than a California king). The dinette in the RV is either a dinette or a bed (we need to know how you want it set up before your stay as we do not want anyone else moving it; it is a 1973 motorhome) as a bed it is about the size of a twin bed but about a foot shorter. Good for children up to about 10 years old. The couch is plenty long but is not very wide. Sheets will be provided for the dinette bed and the couch but will not be made. Please note the running water in the coach and bathroom is not potable/drinkable but is fine for showering and washing dishes. We provide 1 bag of ice and 1 gallon of drinking water in Jessies fridge for each stay. The farm property has some very cool features and there are walking paths and the viewing deck that are shared with guests who are staying at other rooms at the property. Please be courteous and respect the others who might be renting at the same time you are.
