This is a small apartment perfect for one person and adequate for two. The rooms have been remodeled to create a luxurious and cozy atmosphere. The apartment is fully equipt for long or short stays with plenty of storage and room to spread out. A comfortable shower with a porcelain tub perfect for soaking makes the bathroom nicer than most. Although this apartment has 2 beds one of the beds is in the living room and neither the living room or the bedroom have doors for privacy. This apartment has separate rooms but the layout is most similar to an efficiency or studio apartment. The bedroom is connected to the kitchen and the dinning area is straddling both spaces. The apartment has its own separate entrance. The guest has access to all of the rooms in the apartment with complete privacy. We communicate with our guests answering any questions and providing welcome and closing instructions. The herschell carrousel apartment is across the street from the original herschell carrousel factory in a historic part of North Tonawanda. Carrousels were made by the residents of this neighborhood in the early 1900 and shipped all over the country and the world. Presently the neighborhood is a mix of single family and 2 family homes. With the the police station just one block away this is a safe and walkable area. The canal and river parks are within walking distance along with the downtown dinning area. You will have a designated parking space in the rear of the building but there is always available parking on the street in front of the building. There is a small corner store at the next nearest corner and the downtown area with dinning and drinking options is just a 5 minute walk away. This location is 20 minutes from the Niagara Falls, 20 minutes from downtown Buffalo and 20 minutes from the Galleria Mall in Cheektowaga our largest indoor shopping complex. We are central to all!
