Welcome to Dark Horse Farm guest suite, located minutes from Cherry Point Beach, Cobble Hill mountain, Enrico winery, Cobble Hill winery and Arbutus Ridge Golf Course. This newly renovated suite comfortably sleeps 4. Stay warm and cozy with the hot tub, fireplace, and views of the beautiful gardens and hobby farm right outside of your window. The space Dark Horse Farm is in the basement suite of a family home situated on a small acreage. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a closet, dresser, two night stands with drawers and a smart tv. The second bedroom has a double bed with a closet, dresser and a night stand. The living room features a cozy electric fireplace, smart tv, work space, two lounge chairs and a big comfy couch. The kitchen has a full sized fridge, oven/range, double sink, microwave, coffee maker and kettle with complimentary coffee and tea, and all of the kitchen utensils that you could need! We are conveniently located 5km from Brentwood College and Shawnigan Lake Private School and 6 km from St. Johns Academy. Perfect for when you come to town to tour campuses, attend school events and visit family! Guest access Please feel free to enjoy the hot tub and patio until quiet time at 10 pm. There is also an outdoor wood burning fireplace guests can use during season where fires are allowed, perfect for roasting marshmallows. Guests to supply firewood. Please enjoy the shared back yard during your stay as well. Other things to note Please note that this is a basement suite. While we try to maintain a quiet environment there may be noise from time to time from above as there are young children and pets living upstairs. The yard is shared with the homeowners but please feel free to enjoy the space too! Horse and farm equipment is kept in the utilities room in the house. Please note for if you have a severe allergy to horses or hay. Please note that the hot tub may occasionally be unavailable due to routine maintenance, such as cleaning or chemical balancing.
