About the Area ● 5 minutes to downtown Twain Harte ● 3-minute walk to Brentwood Lake ● 30 minutes to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort and Pinecrest Lake ● 15 minutes to Black Oak Casino Resort ● 20 minutes to Sonora ● 30 minutes to Historic Columbia State Park ● 45-60 minutes to Don Pedro, Lake Tulloch, and New Melones Lake Guest access Easy checkin with keypad entry. No stairs to enter the home from convenient parking area. Codes will be messaged to you 9:00am the morning of your arrival. Property/outdoor area- Large lot over an acre, allows for plenty of parking up to 15 cars. Other things to note BBQ- is a Blackstone griddle- we ask guests to clean the griddle after use and remove the grease from traps. This helps reduce cleaning fees. 4x4 Vehicles or chains are required during winter months, please inquire with host before winter travels. Pool- between October- End of May, pool is not maintained due to cooler weather. Internet- we do not have high speed Wifi as we are very limited in the mountains, if you fid that internet is slow during your stay we recommend disconnected all unnecessary devices from the Wifi. Smart TVs- require your own logins to utilize Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc.. For groups over the count of 16 fees apply-*see below $35 a person (plus taxes and fees) Please understand the fee has been considered to cover the very basics of our costs from; 'insurance, cleaning, maintenance, utilities, furnishings, and the wear and tear that comes with larger groups.
