Other things to note For the comfort and health and safety of our guests, all properties are supplied with 5-star hotel linen and towels that is professionally laundered. • The property does not have Air Conditioning but benefits from beautiful sea breezes throughout the property and ceiling fans in every room. • The building has a 3 month minimum stay restriction - stays under this length cannot be accepted. • For their safety, this property is not suitable for children aged under 12 years. • One parking space is provided in the communal lock up garage for a small car only. • There is construction at street level at a neighbouring property. • There is direct (unfenced) access to Sydney Harbour and (fenced) communal pool and gardens access.
