Cooking areas include a four-burner gas range and double oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is a six-person formal dining and formal living room. The kitchen island has two high-top chairs. The back deck has a six-person table and grill. (collectively 20 places for eating) A lot of space for people to spread out. Four bedrooms upstairs (one downstairs). Comfortably sleeps 10 -or- with sofa bed (office) and available air mattress if guests want more room. There is a 1/2 bathroom on the first floor with a single sink. Both upstairs full bathrooms have double vanity sinks. The Master bath has jetted tub and a separate spacious easy access shower. Excellent play space for kids (or adults) downstairs. Convertible air hockey/pool/ping-pong table, lots of board games, legos, crafting area, and X-box/Wii in basement family room area. Workout equipment includes a Marcy home gym, a nordic track treadmill, exercise bike, and free weights set. A free swing 360' television and DVD player for workout videos. Beachbody on-demand is available on TV. Fenced in backyard has a kids play structure (slides-straight & curly, monkey bars, swings) and sandbox. A selection of Adirondack chairs surround an outdoor fire pit with a nearby stack of firewood for our guest's use. **New for 2021** we have built a "secret garden" area. A new treehouse and ~200yards of trails that surround a fruit garden (apples/pears/blueberries/raspberries) Washer and dryer in the mudroom. — (Hot tub is locked and not included) The entire house will be yours. (The master-bedroom closet, utility area of basement, garage, and hot tub are locked) Welcome! We hope you enjoy your stay. We are readily available by phone and AirBnb message. If an urgent need arises, we will have a host or co-host come over to assist you. This is a new build residential neighborhood. Sidewalks are excellent for taking a stroll. Parking is available for free at the house. Street parking is also available for large gatherings (we would request cars not remain on street overnight). Public transportation is not available. Some convenience stores and eateries are within walking distance, but we would recommend driving to get around. We provide a generous amount of space in the fridge and pantry, but some of our items will still be present. You are welcome to use these kitchen items.
