Located in a quiet neighborhood close to Ithaca College (3 min), Cornell (10 min) and downtown (7 min). Great for group gatherings, college-related trips, or family visits to the Ithaca area. Situated just above Buttermilk Falls (2mins), explore Ithaca and all its natural beauty from this modern, family-friendly home. Pets are welcome. The space COMFORT - This family and pet-friendly home has three living room areas for people to gather, and additional play spaces for kids. Featuring endless amenities, your group can relax in comfort and enjoy your time together. SPACIOUS- The great room has a sectional sofa, a six-person kitchen table, and a large kitchen. Cooking areas include a four-burner gas range and double oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is a six-person formal dining and formal living room. The kitchen island has two high-top chairs. The back deck has a six-person table and grill (collectively, 20 places for eating). There are a lot of spaces for people to gather. 5 BEDROOM—This five-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 10 people. The house has queen beds in each of the four upstairs and one downstairs bedrooms. Dial in comfort with the master bedroom's sleep number bed. If you prefer to spread out, a sofa bed (office) and an air mattress are available upon request. 2.5 BATH - There are two full bathrooms upstairs, each with double vanity sinks. The Master bath has a jetted tub and a separate spacious, easy-access shower. There is a half bathroom on the first floor. OUTDOOR RELAXATION - Adirondack chairs surround an outdoor fire pit with a nearby stack of firewood for our guest's use. Elevated back deck with grill and gazebo to enjoy the shade while being outdoors. FUN & GAMES - Excellent play space for kids (or adults) downstairs. Convertible air hockey/pool/ping-pong table, lots of board games, legos, crafting area, and X-box/Wii in basement family room area. Outdoors has cornhole, badmitton, volleyball, and basketball. Fenced in backyard has a kids play structure (slides-straight & curly, monkey bars, swings) and sandbox. A nearby treehouse for the little ones and 200yards of wooded trails. EXERCISE & EXPLORE—Situated in the heart of the finger lakes, you are surrounded by waterfalls and hiking trails, just minutes away. Hop on the local trailhead from the glamping campgrounds across the street. Additional workout equipment in the basement includes a Marcy home gym, a Nordic track treadmill, an exercise bike, and a free weights set. Beachbody & iFit on-demand is available on Roku TV. CLOSE TO ATTRACTIONS- your are just minutes away from wineries, the lake, local colleges, and a vibrant downtown.
