The space • No pets allowed; • It is up to users to bring their own bed and bath linens, as the rental company does not provide them; • Appliances, kitchen utensils and mattresses must not be transferred and/or lent to other apartments; • Trash must be disposed of in the building's trash can, which is located near the garages; • Do not leave dirty containers when vacating the apartment; • Each apartment is entitled to only 1 (one) parking space; • Upon Check-in (entry), a fee of R$ 10.00 per person will be charged for placement of an identification bracelet; • Upon Check-out (exit), if the guest is interested, they can continue in the water park until 5 p.m., but must leave the apartment by noon. • No eating, drinking and smoking on the edges or inside the pools; • The use of alcoholic beverages in glass bottles is prohibited in the water park areas (other materials are allowed). • It is strictly forbidden: musical instruments, car stereos, electronic devices of any kind.
