Spectacular, newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 11 people in the village of Salardú with a garden to enjoy with the pleasure of feeling at home. The space Spectacular, recently renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house for 11 people in the village of Salardú. Upon entering, there is a foyer with a wardrobe. A staircase leads down to a completely open-plan living-dining area with a fully equipped American-style kitchen. From this floor, there are spectacular views of the valley and a fireplace to enhance your stay. Halfway down the stairs, there is a bathroom with a shower. A little further down is the lower level, which has 3 bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed for 2 people, the second bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed for 3 people, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 people. These last two bedrooms have access to the garden. There is a garden with a table and four chairs for enjoying the scenery and fresh air. Going upstairs, past the living-dining room, you'll find the master bedroom with a double bed for two people and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There's also a staircase leading to the attic, which has two single beds for two people. The attic space has a low ceiling, making it ideal for children to have their own little space while being supervised by their parents. On the top floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. – TOURIST TAX. All bookings are subject to a tourist tax of €1.10 per person per night for the first 7 nights of your stay. Children under 16 are exempt from this tax. – CHECK-IN. From 5:00 PM onwards on the day of your arrival, you must come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira (Perimetrau, 3, parking 1500, next to the nursery). – CHECK-IN OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS. If you arrive outside of our office hours, an envelope addressed to you will be left in the mailbox located in front of our office. We will have contacted you beforehand to provide you with the mailbox code. The keys will be inside the envelope.
