Bali-Style Tiny House in the Forest

The tiny house is in a very quiet location, surrounded by fields by the forest. Shopping is about 3 minutes by car. Therme Erding is only 30 minutes away. Munich Central Station is only 40 minutes away. A small garden with pond overlooking fields and forest complete the perfect vacation experience. There are no neighbors in the immediate vicinity, so you can enjoy the tranquility of nature. The space In the lovingly designed tiny house, in the modern Bali-Boho style, the vacation feeling occurs even before you open the door. You will be greeted by two 1.40 m Buddha statues that give the tiny house a special vacation character. The tiny house, built about 100 years ago and completely renovated, is located on a 2,500 m² property, with a farmhouse, surrounded by fields by the forest. During the renovation work, we came across an 8-meter-deep well, which is a highlight in the kitchen with safety glass and lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped, and even has a dishwasher, oven and a marble worktop with adjoining dining area for 4 people. Relax with a book on the cozy leather couch, in front of the burning wood stove with wonderful views of the garden and fields. The living area is equipped with a real wood floor. Firewood is included. A new high chair for toddlers is also available. Please let me know if you are traveling with children. On the way to the bathroom you will find the walk-in closet and the wardrobe. The natural pool is tiled with Sollnhofen slabs in which you will find millions of years old, petrified plants. Another special feature is the hand-elaborated patterns and shelves in the wall, which reflect the unique vacation atmosphere. The bathroom is also decorated with lots of natural products and plants. The open rain shower also has a hand shower and underfloor heating is installed throughout the bathroom. The gallery-like sleeping area is on the 2nd level, which can be reached via a space-saving spiral staircase and can accommodate a double bed. For small children, there is a foldable crib in the living area or the couch. The double bed is next to a skylight, so you can admire the starry sky before falling asleep. On the 2nd level, there is also a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and Fire TV Stick. You can start the morning with a coffee in the private Japanese Zen garden on various seating options such as at the pond, under the ginkgo tree or on the garden lounge. After a relaxing walk through the adjacent forest, the garden is illuminated in the evening with solar lamps and electric lamps, which contributes to a perfect vacation atmosphere. A fire pit with grill is also available. The theme of vacation is clearly recognizable throughout the house. The decorations and furniture are from my travels from all over the world, which make up the certain charm and appeal of the accommodation. Book a Bali getaway near the historic city of Landshut, the Oktoberfest city of Munich and the largest spa landscape in the world, the Erdinger Therme. The train station is a 20-minute walk and a 3-minute drive away. By train you are in Munich in only 40 minutes and at Oktoberfest only 10 minutes later. Reach the Erding thermal baths in just 30-35 minutes and Munich Airport in 25 minutes. My ultimate goal is your satisfaction!
