[SELF CHECK-IN ]: You can self check-in at your preferred time after 3pm on your check-in day, by collecting access cards from our mailbox with a passcode. Further information will be provided prior to your check-in time. 9. [SELF CHECK-OUT]: Check-out time is before 12PM noon on your check-out day. Pls follow our self check-out procedures ( *as spelled out in our house rules/airbnb message )strictly. Late check-out beyond 12pm is subject always to the Host's approval and extra charges applies. 10. [HOUSE CLEANING] : No housekeeping/cleaning services will be provided during your stay. If you really need cleaning services during your stay, extra cleaning fee applies. For long stay Guests with periodic cleaning need, pls discuss further with us on the extra cleaning fee in advance upon booking confirmation. 11. [DISINFECTING] : As our best efforts to provide you a clean, hygienic & safe living environment, the apartment will be cleaned/sanitised/ventilated after each guest check-out.
