Vento Di Mare has one external space in the entrance, equipped for outdoor lunch and dinner, a bedroom, dining room with open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and small open space behind with external shower and washing machine. The space The accommodation has an outdoor area where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. Beds arrangement: bedroom (double bed), living room (single sofa bed + additional folding bed) Bathroom composition: toilet, bidet, shower Air conditioning: the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the living area Parking space: the accommodation has no parking space, you can park for free on the street BEACHES AND MAIN SERVICES DISTANCES - 50 meters from the beach of Torre Lapillo - 50 meters from the services in the city center - 3 km for the beaches of Torre Castiglione and Punta Prosciutto Guest access The property is on the ground floor (not built above). Other things to note - Damage deposit: € 100.00 (the damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out by bank transfer) - Bed linen and towels: the property comes with no bed linen and towels. If you would like to get them during your stay, you can rent it at a cost of: €20 per person per week. - Check-in: we are available for check-in until 8pm; check-in between 8pm and 12pm will incur an extra cost of €20; from midnight onwards will cost an additional €40. - Check-out: the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed) - Rental contract: you will sign the rental contract for your holiday when you check in. - Tourist tax payment: the Comune di Porto Cesareo charges a tourist tax. Please note that this tax is payable on entry into the property; the tax equates to €1 per day (in may, june and september), €1,50 (in july and august) per person and is applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
