This is a very quiet family friendly neighborhood, we ask to not create excess noise that would bother the neighbors. We do have a maximum limit of 6 guests at all times and will enforce a $1,000 fine for any parties of more than 6 people without prior approval. This house does not have a basement and the full 3 bedroom house is yours, no sort of shared spaces on the property!
