The house has 3 separate HVAC units, 2 for the second floor and 1 larger unit for the first floor to ensure your comfort at all times. There's ample parking for 5 - 6 cars in front of the house. In addition to fresh sheets for all beds, the package includes wash clothes, 2 bath towels per single bed, and 4 bath towels for full, queen, or king beds. A bath mat is provided for each bath and a kitchen towel and washcloth are included. Our property management company has adopted a cleaning protocol with hospital-grade, EPA approved cleaners. Extra attention is given to high touch points, linens/bedding, etc. There's a security camera on the property that monitors the front entrance and parking area.
