Homestead Cottage

Enjoy tiny farmhouse life in this adorable 375 sq. foot cottage. Loaded with everything you need this little cottage is nestled privately behind some trees on our 11 acre farm. You will soon forget how close you are to town with the beautiful view from your windows and the pasture fence just steps out the back door. Whether you’re here for the wineries, amazing hiking, an SIU event (3 miles) or to visit with family, the Homestead Cottage will provide a comfortable retreat from any adventure. The space We have a few animals on our property, some contained...like the horses, donkey, goats and chickens and others free roaming like our dogs and cats. The dogs and cats are very friendly and will always want to greet whoever comes to stay. Feel free to say hello to the horses and goats from the outside of their space and if you would like to get a little closer just flag me down when I am outside or send me a message. Unfortunately, if animals are not your thing our place may not be the best for you. Guest access Obviously the cottage and the outdoor space around the cottage. Other things to note *Note: the service fee is NOT issued by the host. PLEASE, let me know if you need the extra bedding for the living room sofa bed. If the reservation is for two people, I assume they sleep in the same bed.
