The house has a large sandy RGB pool - 40m2, children's playground, garden house with barbecue and kitchen, 5 terraces with table and chairs and is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Kvarner Park Villa has: 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with comfortable sofas, 2 kitchens with an island, 2 tables for 6 people, 5 terraces, a beautiful swimming pool and a large garden (800 m2), in nature these are 2 separate units connected by external stairs (1st and 3rd floor). You're alone on the property. The space Our accommodation is ideal for a family who wants to have a quality rest. The whole house is just for you! On the ground floor (next to the pool) there are 2 bedrooms. One room has a 160x200 cm bed, an en-suite bathroom, a work area with a desk and a smart TV with a satellite dish. The second room has a 160x200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the same floor there is another bathroom for guests and pool needs. The living room and kitchen are open space of 45 m2. The kitchen has an island and is equipped with top appliances: dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster and all other necessities. The living room has a comfortable sofa (which stretches into a 140 x 200 cm bed), a large armchair, a coffee table, 2 taburets and a Smart TV with a satellite dish and a TV console. The dining room has a table and 6 chairs. On the ground floor of the house there is a garden of 800 m2 with a swimming pool that changes colors at night and is a perfect chromotherapy. The pool is made of stone (Istrian stone Kanfanar) and special sand and is 10x4 m in size, next to which there is a sunbathing area with a large corner set and an armchair. A special stone path leads to the garden house located next to the forest and where there is a dining table (designer furniture Nardi) with a barbecue with an auxiliary table and a high covered barbecue. In the garden house there is a kitchenette with an extra table and sink. In the garden there is a children's playground with swings, trampoline, table tennis and real organic fruit trees. The entire property is fenced and completely private. In the whole house and on the property there is only you, no other people. Parking is free and can accommodate up to 3 cars. The house is located next to the forest and be sure that the most beautiful chirping of birds will greet you in the morning. The feeling you will get in our house will follow you for a long, long time…. * We would ask guests not to bring large speakers so as not to have any inconvenience with neighbors. Guest access The house consists of 3 floors, but the 1st and 3rd floors are in use. You're the only one in the house - complete privacy and no other guests. Other things to note The pool is RGB, which means that in the evening it lights up in various colors and changes colors, it is specially designed for the enjoyment of chromotherapy. Swimming in our pool will provide you with a wonderful experience of swimming at night in colors and complete mental and physical relaxation. The colors create a particularly beautiful and pleasant atmosphere. Our pool is unique in this area.
