The space The Barn: 4 unique double/quadruple bedrooms gathered round a gallery overlooking the main open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, with spectacular double-height triple-glazed windows. Pantry and laundry/shower attached. The Cottage: 3 double bedrooms [2 with 'cathedral' ceilings] above an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space and utility/laundry. The Link The 2 properties link via a shared hall. Accessibility The ground floor is step-free from accessible parking on the drive. There is a ground-floor double bedroom, WC and shower-room. Guest access All this space is yours for the duration. PARKING Please park at the road end of the Barn. It is fine to park on the road if necessary. Other things to note PARTIES We have a 'no party' policy. This includes Stag and Hen do's, with their poor reputation. We can make exceptions for more sedate +. mature groups, but need details to convince us, and would charge a damage deposit. EXTRA SERVICES We allow a maximum of TWO dogs, for an extra charge of £25 to pay for additional cleaning - see other rules below. Also, you are able to charge electric vehicles at the outdoor [13A] power sockets. These payments can be paid in cash or pay pal. DOGS: Please keep any dogs [and their poo !] under strict control, and be aware that the grounds are shared with others, who may not be dog-lovers.
