The space The arrival already feels like a holiday: park your car in the spacious lot along Via del Littorale, walk through the garden filled with light and greenery, and slowly ascend to the attic. Each step leaves the daily rhythm behind and brings you closer to a simpler, more relaxed dimension. Inside, about 60 sqm, the atmosphere is informal and immediately welcoming. Two rooms host two double beds, ideal for families or small groups of up to four people. The living area, with a sofa and dining space, is perfect for shared moments—whether preparing a homemade dinner or enjoying a relaxed evening. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, designed for those who want to enjoy the house without compromises, while the bathroom is practical and well-organized. Then comes that special moment every day: stepping onto the terrace and letting your eyes meet the sea. The light gradually shifts, the air turns cooler, and the sky fills with color.
