Guest access Kitchenette is equipped with basic cooking utensils, glasses, & cutleries. Induction stove , microwave oven , refrigerator & Aqua-guard water are also available. Outside food is allowed you can carry parcel as well ,or you can order online from Swiggy/Zomato . Other things to note HOUSE RULES PLEASE READ CAREFULLY . . ❇️CHECK IN 2PM onwards ✳️CHECK OUT 11AM 🔺 STRICTLY NO Loud music , noise / parties allowed. Especially in the garden area open space . Moderate music allowed inside the house is fine . ❌No unauthorised additional floating guests allowed . As it’s a self check in property pls keep the place clean. NOTE ▪️▫️ “ Pls CARRY YOUR OWN TOWELS & TOILETRIES" •We do only property rentals. FOOTWEAR strictly not allowed inside the property . Pls use lights, electricity wisely . UPS BACKUP IS AVAILABLE ! (Geyser,Ac, refrigerator, induction & oven wouldn't work on UPS ) STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the house . (Allowed only in the lawn area Outside) NO ILLEGAL activities We are not responsible for things and valuables left behind after checkout . Use the dustbin /Carry empty bottles back with you, and pls do not litter in and around the property. ❌ ANY DAMAGES MADE AT THE PROPERTY WILL BE CHARGEABLE accordingly .
