Whether you’re heading out for a nearby beach day or staying in to enjoy the home’s many activities, the space invites you to settle in and enjoy time together. Sleeping arrangements The home offers four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and direct access to the backyard. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is designed with a full-over-full bunk bed. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage add comfort and flexibility for groups. Bathrooms Two full bathrooms are available, each clean and functional. One includes a walk-in shower, while the other features a shower and tub combination. Bathroom essentials are provided for your stay. Living spaces & entertainment The living room is filled with natural light and comfortable seating, creating a welcoming place to relax, stream a movie on the TV, or gather with friends and family. A dedicated theme room and multiple game areas add to the experience, including a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and life size games. The converted garage serves as an additional game room with even more ways to stay entertained. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is open and connected to the main living areas, making it easy to cook and socialize at the same time. A dining table provides seating for shared meals, with additional space available outdoors. Coffee is available to start your mornings with ease. Outdoor living Step outside to a fully fenced backyard designed for both relaxation and activity. The private outdoor pool is available all year, open 24 hours and heated, alongside a private hot tub also available year-round. You’ll find mini golf, a bowling alley, a fire pit, hammocks, and outdoor furniture throughout the space. A patio area with outdoor dining and a BBQ grill creates an easy setting for meals and evening gatherings, while sun loungers invite you to relax between activities. Amenities & practical features The home includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace, washer, dryer, air conditioning, heating, and a private entrance. It is a single level home with no stairs, making it easy to move throughout the space. Free parking on premises and self check-in with a smart lock add convenience, and the property is pet-friendly. Location Set in Seminole, you’re just a short drive from beach access, as well as nearby parks, shops, and dining. Clearwater and Tampa are both within easy reach, making day trips simple while still enjoying a quieter residential setting. Guest access This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing. This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties. Other things to note We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 5 pets. Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature. From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
