Secluded rural retreat for one couple, just 3 miles from Whitby. Ideal getaway for 2 adults (max) in this self-contained single-story extension with magnificent rural views across the Esk Valley. Sun lounge entrance, large living-room with kitchenette. One bedroom off with king size bed, ensuite with easy walk-in shower. Easy access throughout, no internal steps. All electric. Large garden pond, so sorry but NO CHILDREN and NO PETS. Also NO SMOKING OR VAPING. The space The Annexe is roomy with large picture windows, double glazed throughout. Electric eadiator in every room, for you to control. Kitchenette is all electric, with 2 ring hob, oven with grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink, pots, pans, etc. Breakfast bar makes an ideal Workstation - with a view! Guest access Please park in the 'Reserved for Annexe Only' space, walk through the back yard, past the pond and turn left to admire the view - and your own patio door. You are free to come and go as you wish, arriving after 3pm and leaving by 11am. I live next door and available, if required. The inter-connecting door is kept locked and has a chain and a bolt on your side - as well as a big heavy arm chair! Other things to note For a maximum of 2 Adult Guests. Sorry, but No Children (any age), No Pets (any size), No Smoking, No Vaping. Or to make that a bit more positive: Child-free, Pet-free, Smoke-free and Vape-free!
