Yurt in rural Herefordshire
Description
Tucked away in a quiet corner in the grounds of our garden in rural Herefordshire, our quirky yurt provides spacious accommodation for up to 2 people who wish to enjoy a short luxury glamping break a few miles from Ledbury and the Malvern Hills. The yurt can't be seen from the cottage, and with pretty trees and surrounding garden, it is a lovely spot to relax and unwind. It's an ideal base to explore the local area or events. The space The yurt is situated in a quiet corner of our garden. Parking on arrival is in a private driveway. The yurt is at the end of a winding gravel path, a short walk (around 80m) from the parking area and there is a small step up into the yurt. Our yurt is equipped with a double bed, cosy seating area, tea / coffee making facilities including mini fridge and a toaster. Next to the yurt outside is a bespoke bathroom with toilet, handbasin and shower. There is an outdoor tap and sink for washing crockery / muddy boots. There is a small bistro table and chairs outside to relax on while you enjoy a cuppa and listen to the bird song. Please note there are no kitchen facilities, but guests are welcome to bring their own camping stove for use outside. We also have a tabletop BBQ (some coals and lighters provided) available for use. There are numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants in the local area. It is advisable to book a table in advance at weekends. This is a rural glamping experience so be prepared for hooting owls, the dawn chorus, nearby livestock noises, single track country lanes, tractors and the great British weather. Guest access Guests are welcome the small seating area and green space outside the yurt with views down the garden. There is ample space here for enjoying a quiet cuppa and a book, or a glass of something cold as the sun goes down. Please be advised that the rest of the garden is private and not for guests use. Other things to note Parking is outside my therapy business so please leave space for another vehicle to park and turn round. There is plenty of room. Holistic treatments are available during weekdays, including Bowen Therapy, Lymphatic Mojo, Reflexology and Reiki. It is advisable to book in advance. There is no wi-fi in the yurt. Please note that we have a dog and two cats who may wish to pop and say hello. For this reason, we can’t accept other dogs staying with us. While every effort is made to keep our pets out of the yurt, some of our guests do like it when they visit, so please bear this in mind if you have any pet allergies.
