NON-SMOKING PROPERTY Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cannabis, and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $499 remediation fee will be charged for violations to cover the cost of professional ozone cleaning. GRILL AMENITY & GUIDELINES We are happy to offer a grill for your enjoyment! To ensure it is prepped and ready for your stay, please note the following: Usage Fee: There is an optional $49 fee per stay to use the grill. Please request this at least 7 days prior to check-in so we can prepare it for you. Cleaning: To maintain a 5-star experience for the next guest, we kindly ask that you clean the grill after use.
