THE UNIT IS STOCKED WITH ALL OF THE ESSENTIALS TO MAKE YOUR STAY AS COMFORTABLE AS YOUR OWN HOME. 10 MIN WALK TO THE OCEANSIDE PIER AND MUCH, MUCH MORE! KING BED IN THE BEDROOM AND A BRAND NEW QUEEN MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS PULLOUT IN THE LIVING AREA. The space You’ll love the location. Very walkable neighborhood! Close to many restaurants, bars, beach, the Pier is less than a mile away & you have a coffee shop & liquor store right nextdoor! Other things to note We have beach towels, beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, sand toys, rolling ice chest & a backpack cooler. There are train tracks right behind the unit. Most people don’t mind, but I like to make guests aware of this!
