This 70-year-old residence is nestled on one acre of land, featuring a spacious front lawn of 9,000 sq. ft. with picturesque surroundings by the riverbank. The property includes a functional water well and a historic cowshed. The home boasts four air-conditioned bedrooms for your comfort, with two attached washrooms and two common washrooms (one inside and one outside the house). The space The approximately 9000-square-foot lawn area is available for destination weddings/parties with an additional cost upon request. You can enjoy a comfortable and tranquil stay in this historic house. Guests can opt for individual room bookings or reserve the entire property. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the house, including bedrooms, common areas, and the beautiful greenery of the grounds and backyard. Ample parking space is provided with both a covered parking area and additional uncovered space. The guests can book rooms individually or the whole property.
