You will have the bedroom on the third floor to yourself that includes your private shower/bathroom. The home is centrally located in Houston, giving you easy access to downtown attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and major highways—while still offering the peace and quiet of a gated community. The room includes a queen-size bed, a workstation, a 4K Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and more, fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer access, garage parking, and additional street parking. There is also one first-come, first-served free parking spot available inside the gated community. Street parking is easily available right outside the gated entry. Guests will receive a gate code, front door code, and room code upon booking for simple, keyless access throughout their stay. This home has 3 Airbnb rooms in total. - Your room (Room 2) is located on the third floor. - Room 1 is also located on the third floor. - Room 3 is located on the first floor. Each room comes with a private en-suite bathroom, so the only potential interaction with other guests would be in the shared kitchen, living room, or when entering/exiting the home. The environment remains quiet, spacious, and respectful, with clear distinctions between private and shared areas. Guest access This listing provides access to the private bedroom (Room 2) on the 3rd floor. The guest is allowed to use shared spaces such as: living room, balcony, kitchen, laundry, garage. During your stay I make sure to give guests plenty of space and privacy but if needed, I am happy to provide any needed assistance during your stay! Other things to note Guest Policy: This listing is designed for one guest, but can accommodate a maximum of two guests (an additional fee applies for the second guest). No unregistered or unannounced visitors are permitted inside the home at any time. The presence of any unannounced guest will result in an additional fee being added to your reservation. This rule is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of other guests living in the home. Security: For safety purposes, exterior security cameras are installed around the property. Your private suite is secured with a smart access lock for your privacy and protection; your unique access code will be provided upon booking. Shared Spaces: Guests are expected to keep all shared areas clean, respectful, and comfortable for everyone. A detailed image of the shared space rules, along with associated penalties, will be uploaded to the listing for transparency. Parking: This listing includes one garage parking space for your vehicle. The garage fits two cars, and the second spot is designated for another guest. You will receive a gate fob and a garage fob for entry. Please note: Lost or damaged fobs cost $85 each and must be returned at checkout. Also note: The garage space is somewhat tight. Sedans fit comfortably, but most SUVs will not allow the garage door to close. If you are driving an SUV, please plan to park on the street or in the designated parking spot instead. Damages to the garage will lead to fines. Mail: By booking and staying in this listing, you acknowledge that you are a guest, not a tenant or owner, and therefore cannot receive mail or packages at the property. For legal and safety reasons, the home’s address may not be used for mail or deliveries of any kind.
