Suburban Bushland House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This house is located in the heart of suburbia, while still being in a bushland setting. Its a big 4bedroom house with 2 bathroom and the usual areas, like living, dining, kitchen and laundry that will satisfy your family's requirements when being away from own home. It is set on a large 1100m² block compromising a larger than normal garden that surrounds the house. The space As a guest, you would be able to access the entirity of the house and its offering. Its a spacious house that has 4 bedroom with one of them over sized(master bed) and a comination of beds set up for a larg-ish family, say adult with 4 kids. There is also 2 bathrooms that facilitate the house. The house itself sits on a very large block of over 1000m² so there is plenty of garden space at the back and parking area to the front. Guest access Guest are generally welcome to use all the facilities that house can offer. We kindly note that general use is advice, where it is recomended that you should treat this residence as if it would be of your own home. This is advice upon no major parties, and or large gathering are NOT permitted and will incur a cost. Also note that any spills should be immediately wiped up as oppose to leaving it to permanently stained. Any excess rubbish are to be cleared to the main bins, there shouldn't be any stains and major collection of rubbish upon your stay, and generally guest should leave the house as as they when first entered the house. Pls note that we welcome all guest/s to use and enjoy all the facilities that the house offers, and we just kindly ask to respect it. Thank you and appreciate it greatly in advance! Other things to note Pls note that there is a large 2 car shed on the premise, however the door is slightly jam and its not in the best condition. Its probably best not being use, and there is plenty of parking at bay, at least for 4 cars.
