Comfortable Spot at the Heart of Eagle County

Eagle Vail is the perfect place to base out of for your Rocky mountain vacation. Hike, bike, ski, fish, golf, or recreate without having to go far from the front door. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with common sleeping in the living room provide ample sleeping opportunity for up to 8 people. Bring your dogs. Utilize the dual monitor setup and fast WiFi. Furnishing is simple but effective. Large dining room table and several decks. Put dinner on the BBQ and enjoy. The space This townhouse is 4 levels. Entry on the ground level includes a closet for coats and the master bedroom/bathroom (king sized bed). Up the stairs to the main living level with the kitchen, workspace, and entertainment area. There are two decks off of this level, one with a mountain view and another with a grill. There is a half bath on this level. Up the stairs to the bedroom level containing the other full bath with private vanities for each bedroom. One bedroom contains a king sized bed while the other has two sets of bunks. Two twin bunks and two full sized bunks. Up another set of stairs to the "bonus" area. The ceiling is low, but it would be a great place to let the kids hang out or even "camp" for the night. Guest access There is parking for 2 cars. There is no on street parking available close by. No parking of trailers, RVs, or oversized vehicles. Violation of this rule will result in your vehicle/vehicles being towed at your expense. If you have anything that may be perceived as an RV/trailer/oversized vehicle please contact us before booking to make sure that there will not be any issues. This isn't just a size thing, our POA does not permit us to park RVs. The Eagle county bus stop is less than a minute's walk. You can ride your bike or walk the paved rec path as far as your heart's content. Public transportation is great for getting you to the ski resorts. Other things to note This is my primary home during the week. I have two mini Australian Shepherds. I do the absolute best that I can to clean up after them, but, you should make note of this if you have a pet allergy. We have finally repaired the fireplace. Fair warning, the doors are expensive ($450) to replace so please be careful. Get more bang for your buck in EagleVail. You will only pay 5.4% taxes in EagleVail. Compare that to greater than 10% in Avon or Vail.
