The condominium admin charges minimal fees for some of these amenities. The unit is fully airconditioned, with 200 MBPS fiber internet and a 50-inch Android TV. The unit can accommodate 4 guests because the unit has 1 bed and an extra mattress. There is also a comfort room for this unit. Also, guests are allowed to do basic cooking. Please note that the unit has a limited number of utensils and cookware. We encourage our guests to check in early because our assistants are available only up to 8PM.
