Our spacious home is perfect for families or large groups looking for a relaxing getaway. With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel at home. Our home is equipped with complementary fast Wi-Fi, a fully loaded kitchen, and huge disco family room with 75" smart TV. Conveniently located near by to The Links at Sleepy Ridge, local attractions, and dining options. The perfect home base for exploring all that the area has to offer. The space COMMON AREAS: ⤷ Main floor Living room: Two comfortable couches and coffee table centered around a fireplace. ⤷ Downstairs Living room: Spacious area with comfortable sectional, 75' smart TV, Two chairs and two beanbags for lounging. ⤷ Disco Ball Room: Looking for a place to break out those old dance moves? We got you covered. Enjoy a rotating Disco ball that will light up your stay! KITCHEN: The dining room area connected to the kitchen has a table that comfortably seats 6 people along with the two barstool chairs at the island. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cookware needed to make those homemade meals while out traveling. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, slow cooker, blender, mixing bowls, baking sheets, spices, cooking oils, etc. The kitchen also has a CuisinArt coffee maker with lots of complimentary coffee, filters, creamer, and sugar/sweetener. BEDROOMS: ⤷ Master: The master bedroom has a king bed, nightstands with lamps, work station, dresser, and a large walk-in double vanity bathroom with a walk-in closet. ⤷ Bedroom 2: This second guest bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands with lamps and full closet. ⤷ Bedroom 3: This room serves as an office and bedroom. The elevated bed has a full bed with a workstation below. Twin mattress available to add to room for an additional guest. ⤷ Bedroom 4: King sized bed with smart TV and closet ⤷ Bedroom 5: This room comes with a full and twin bed with closet ⤷ Bedroom 6: The 6th bedroom comes with a queen bed, nightstand and lamp and 65' smart TV. Closet has hangers, Pack n' play and extra twin mattress if needed. BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms upstairs and one full bathroom downstairs. LAUNDRY: There is a washer and dryer off of the entrance from the garage. Laundry detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets are provided. GARAGE: Guests will be given access to the two car garage. The entry code is included in the check-in information shortly before arrival and garage remotes are also provided for more convenient access throughout your stay. Guest access Guests will be given the front door & garage access codes with the check-in instructions. Two cars can be parked in the garage, and any additional vehicles can be parked in the driveway, or visitor parking. If parking in visitor parking please remember to hang guest visitor pass on dash of car! Visitor pass is located inside the kitchen in the pull out drawer right of the fridge. Getting around the neighborhood is very easy. For you golf lovers this neighborhood backs up to Sleepy Ridge Golf course and is extremely close to the I-15. Other things to note There is a smoker located on the back patio. This can be used but we do not provide the required pellets or paraphernalia for grilling. If you wish to use the smoker you are welcome to bring your own fuel and equipment.
