The space After pulling down the tree lined driveway enjoy ample parking, enough for 8+ cars or multiple vehicles and multiple boat/ORV trailers (There is an additional driveway where you can park your trailers so they are out of your way!) Enter the home through the front door or 2 car garage with enough room for 2 oversized vehicles (large pickup trucks and SUVs). A newly constructed deck, off of the Michigan room, with stairs has been added to allow easier access to the lake from the upper level. The Grill master in the family will enjoy the propane powered grill on the deck for when you want to cook and enjoy the lake (propane and all grill tools included). If you desire more dining space, head into the living room where there is a large gathering table that seats 8 or grab some popcorn to relax on the couches and enjoy a large screen smart TV and stream your favorite movies from Netflix, Disney, Amazon prime via the Roku that’s provided for use. The living room is equipped with its own A/C that is adjustable to your desired temperature. There are 4 lounge chairs down by the lake to watch the bald-eagle soaring in the sky or diving for fish, the beloved Loons and her Loonies, or a momma duck and her ducklings swim by! 2 double hammocks to relax in or Corn Hole, yard ball, and Slamm-o if you want to play a game! There is also a picnic table under cafe lights should you want to eat outside. When the sun sets you can turn on the pathway lights and enjoy the 12 person firepit (fire log and smore sticks provided). This house is located in the best fishing spot on the lake. Whether your a sport fisherman or just enjoy fishing with your kids you will certainly find pleasure here. This is a stocked lake with bass, walleye, bluegill, sunfish and catfish. If you need to pickup a fishing license or bait head over to Parkview Acres. Located less than 2 miles away, across from Rifle River state park, they have any last minute essentials you may need. If your passion is trail riding this house and location is perfect. A second driveway allows your to bring and park 1-2 trailers so everyone in the family can enjoy the fun! With thousands of miles of trails accessible from the many, closely located trailheads just hop on and get lost in the woods for a while! Be sure to stop by Parkview Acres and get your ORV Trail and Road license so you can drive directly to the trails, no need to trailer your machines. They also have maps in case you’re not familiar with the area. Other things to note There is another driveway on the property with space for 1-2 trailers. A boat launch is located across the lake if you want to bring your boat and the ORV trailhead is just a few miles away. While driving to the trailhead you can stop and pick up your passes from Parkview Acres. If you want to do some hiking Rifle River State Park is less than 2 miles away.
