Enjoy a stylish modern experience at Paseoasis Main House. Our luxurious 1911 Craftsman Style home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a capacity to expand to sleep 8 people. Embrace culture as we are just steps from Oklahoma City's Paseo Arts District. The space The large master bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv and ensuite bathroom. The next bedroom, the green room has a queen size bed, smart tv, and designated workspace. The final bedroom, the yellow room has a comfortable queen size bed, smart tv, and full-size pull-out sofa for additional sleeping quarters. The open floor plan hosts a contemporary living room for lounging and playing games. The dining room has a beautiful modern dining table for 6, while the open kitchen features bar seating for 3. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all you will need to cook a gourmet meal for your group. Just off the kitchen is a convenient washer and dryer. While the whole main house is yours, the back kitchen wall abuts another unit. The back yard and back patio is shared with the other unit. The back yard features a Big Green Egg like ceramic grill. Enjoy the private front patio swing and rocker. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and shared backyard. All smart TVs have access to Discovery + and Netflix, on us, for your viewing pleasure. Other things to note While the whole main house is yours, the back kitchen wall abuts another unit. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and we ask all guests to keep voices down from 10 PM to 7 AM. It is not a house for a party. Our neighbors are very sensitive to noise outside past 10 PM. We ask all guests to respect and follow our house rules. We are not responsible for accidents or injury.
