Sea Salt Hillside Villa. Dogs welcome free

Stunning sea and beach views from this brick built Villa set into the hillside, 75m from Millendreath beach. Reached via 52 steps, presenting breathtaking views from the villa and enclosed terrace. A quiet valley out of the main season, one mile from the fishing town of Looe. We welcome 3 dogs free of charge. Unload at the foot of the steps then park in the valley carpark. Currently £20 per week payable onsite. We have woodlands and the coast path on site. WiFi and a smart TV. Beach cafe/bar The space Beautiful compact villa with stunning sea views. Two bedrooms with double beds in each. Bed linen is an optional extra charge at £25 per double bed set. You are welcome to bring your own linen, double quilts and 4 pillows per bed provided Guest access Upon unloading at the base of the steps, guests are required to park in the valley car park. Parking fees are applicable on-site at a rate of £20 per week, which can be paid through the app or at the meter. Surveillance cameras are in operation and will issue fines to guests who do not park in the designated car park. Only owners with permits can stay below. Other things to note Please inform us if you would like to request our bed linen for an additional fee of £25 per double bed set. We supply double quilts and four pillows. You are also welcome to bring your own linen; we will assume you are doing so unless you specify otherwise. Please note that towels are not provided. You may bring up to three dogs at no extra charge, but we kindly ask that you inform us in advance. Dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the beds. Noncompliance may lead to cleaning and laundry fees. Unlike some other hosts, we do not impose cleaning charges on Airbnb. Our location is along the coast path, with Looe situated a hilly mile in one direction and Seaton a couple of miles in the opposite direction. There are woodland walks available at the back of the valley and above the villas. The café/bar is open all year and separate beach bar are dog-friendly, and the bar operates from Tuesday to Sunday during the off-season. Electricity is provided at a cost of £20 for a full week. Additional cards can be purchased on-site starting from £5. An emergency £5 card is available, and if used, we kindly request that you replace it for the next guest if necessary. This amount is typically sufficient without utilizing heating or the washer/dryer.
