LATE Fees: 😬 $25/15 min past checkout ⭐️Checkouts after 11a are considered a LATE checkout and delays the team from getting the house ready for the next group. We are assessed a late charge when this happens and need to alert you that the fee will be assessed to your group as a result⭐️ ⭐️PLEASE help us by exiting the property by 11a to avoid any fees!⭐️
