Other things to note PARKING: A maximum of ONE private parking space will be available to guests in a detached single-car garage at the back of the property. There is additional public street parking in front of the property where GPS will direct you. It will be easiest to enter the property through the front entrance to unload, and an automatic garage remote will be provided within the property. CAMERA DISCLOSURE: In an effort to maintain a secure premises for our guests, the property is equipped with two motion-sensor, EXTERIOR cameras (1 at the front door and 1 at the back door) that ONLY monitor the exterior. There are no video or audio recording devices inside the property. NEIGHBORS: This is a private townhome comprising of one unit of a two-unit duplex. There is a shared wall with the other unit of the duplex. Please respect their right to a peaceful neighborhood, and know that neighborhood complaints will not be taken lightly. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. There is no one on-site 24/7; however, we have team members that can assist in-person when necessary.
