(contact us for pricing) The main home has a full kitchen and dining room that can seat 17 people. The living room area has 2 couches and 2 recliners and a tv. There is an additional seating area next to the kitchen to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from inside. Down the hall is the master bedroom with queen bed and an attached full bathroom. 2 other bedrooms are down the hall and one has a queen bed, the other has a full bed. There is also a full bathroom in main hall as well. We have a huge deck right off the kitchen with a grill & outdoor seating, that has amazing views of the lake and gorge! Downstairs living quarters has its own private entrance and huge deck as well with amazing views of the lake and gorge too! Inside the living quarters, is an extra kitchenette with breakfast nook and bar top seating, a media room with 65 inch TV w/ surround sound, and also has 6 leather recliners and a couch. Off the kitchenette is a larger bedroom with a queen bed, twin bunk bed, a full triple bunk bed, tv & a full bathroom. There is an additional, private entrance guest bedroom downstairs with a queen bed & full bathroom. When renting the entire home, In addition to the main living area, guests will be able to access the second level sleeping area and media room from either side of the house as there is two different entrances. Arrowhead Village is a private drive, although not gated, the private street only has 7 homes on it. All the houses are second homes for the owners and are actually not used very often so it is extremely quiet. Nestled at the end of a long street where it is private section called Arrowhead Drive. Approximately .25 of a mile to boat ramp one. There is ample parking with 3-4 spaces in front of the house and an additional 3 covered parking spaces next to the house. The access digital code to the house in the lock box will be provided on check in day. The key is located inside the realtor lock box which is on the side of the house facing the carport near A/C unit.
